The Exchange Lofts offers studio, one-, and two-bedroom loft apartments in Fort Lauderdale, ranging from 768 to 1,909 square feet. Every home carries its own name and its own personality — from the compact Beachwood to the two-bedroom Niagra — and shares the same soaring 14-foot ceilings, exposed brick, and loft platforms that set these apartments apart. The rooftop is built for both relaxing and getting things done: a heated pool and hot tub open dawn to dusk with downtown and ocean views, plus a media room, library, and conference room/co-working space with 24-hour access, as well as a 24-hour fitness center covers cardio, free weights, a squat rack, and a Smith machine. Yes. The rooftop media room, library, and conference room/co-working space are all available with 24-hour access, giving residents a quiet spot to take a call or get through a deadline without leaving the building.

Weekdays move at a workweek pace, with joggers and cyclists filling the sidewalks morning and night. Friday and Saturday nights bring the neighborhood to life with packed restaurants, gallery openings, and concerts nearby, and weekends slow back down to Riverwalk strolls, beach mornings, and a good workout. Most residents walk to work, with a 10 to 20-minute stroll covering most of Downtown Fort Lauderdale. Those commuting to Miami often take the Brightline, about 35 minutes with no car required, and a number of resident airline pilots make the 11-minute drive to Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport.
